www.lettermatching.com (the “Activity”) is a free letter-matching canvas activity offered by Project Research LLC. Bubbles carrying capital letters fall across the screen, and only the bubbles that match the letter shown in the top-left corner pop. There is no score, nothing to win, nothing to lose, and no account required. By using the Activity, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Activity
The Activity is provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment and learning. You may not copy, redistribute, or repackage the Activity, its bubbles, letters, sounds, music, or underlying code without written permission from Project Research LLC.
Beta Version
This is a beta release (v1.1). In this version the Activity uses capital letters A–Z only, and the target letter changes every 30 seconds. Features, letters, and timing may change as the Activity is tested and improved.
No Warranty
The Activity is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Project Research LLC makes no guarantee that the Activity will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times, particularly during this beta period.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Research LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Activity.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the Activity evolves from this beta web release toward standalone iOS and Android apps. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
